Photo Series of the Day: Mommy photographer Rachel Hulin made her baby boy Henry the subject of a chest-clutching series of photos entitled, simply, The Flying Series.
“I wanted the flights to feel genuine,” Hulin told Time’s LightBox. “These are places we are really in everyday, it’s not a cut-and-paste job on random interiors and landscapes.”
Though she won’t say how she made little Henry fly, Hulin insists she never throws him. PetaPixel suggests that she may be employing a technique similar to the one used by Pat David in his bouncing baby photo.

Are You Kidding Me With This? of the Day: In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Discount Gun Sales has partnered with the Susan G. Komen for the Cure foundation to release a special pink “Hope Edition” (I sh*t you not) of the Walther P22 semi-automatic pistol. According to DGS, a “portion” of each sale will go to benefit Komen’s Seattle chapter.
Because nothing says “pro-life” like a machine designed to kill living things.

Why does owning a gun automatically mean you aren’t pro-life? If someone tries to attack me and I shoot them, get away and live I’d say that’s pretty damn pro-life.

I saw a ALL pink 9mm at my local gun/pawn shop a few months back. shit was kinda bad ass. lol. and owning a gun doesnt make you non pro-life.. also guns cost A LOT of money… it’s a good idea.
Are you serious? Owning a gun by no means makes you a murderer or non pro-life. Self defense and the right to bear arms are our rights as Americans. Most people who are anti-gun have no legitimate argument. If someone attacks and tries to kill you, you might soon find your opinion changing. You’re only anti-gun until you need one. This is the most ignorant argument I have ever heard. It makes me so sick to hear this kind of stuff. Guns are for more than shooting people. The Walther p22, more specifically, is a common sport gun as it has the option of a threaded barrel. A .22 caliber pistol is an uncommon self defense weapon, they’re typically for hunting small varmints and for target practice. The p22 is an extremely well-selling gun and the fact that part of the profits are going to such a great cause is wonderful.
